As economy grinds its way through, innovation has been the buzz word on most of the lips. Innovation is one thing, and adopting innovation is another, many of us reject change, because change is difficult; we would rather stick to that same blanket that comforts us every night.
We have been on the look out for some innovations and examples from the industry that can teach us. Today I allow myself to share my experience of participating in the innovation driven competition. “My future in recruiting” has announced the winner, and though it isn’t me, I am glad to present you the Video announcing the Winner
Clearly Jason asks for people to shift, and reject the inefficient (comfortable) ways working. I hope we can learn a lesson or two from there, and think about it before:
- Not answering the phone
- Not giving feedbacks
- Not following up
…..and so on, are you up for it?
